Firm was founded by former vice chair and cfo of Comcast. They manage 5bn+ with Comcast as key strategic partner and sole outside investor with their sector focus being primarily TMT. They can invest in both private and public companies and are long-term capital oriented + leverage Comcast relationship. Overall unique and cool strategy with pretty lean deal teams and have heard good things second hand
