I think it's pretty negotiable on a case-by-case basis. They seem pretty hungry (desperate even?) to sign up more subscribers so my recommendation is to just grind the sales guy as hard as you can.
thanks for the note. Yeah, I've talked to them recently and they moved a bit, but heard rumors of MUCH lower numbers than I was in so wasn't sure if those were real or I'm getting hosed. Any idea of ballpark you're hearing. Thanks!
They'll negotiate with you, but I believe their pricing flexibility has tightened up alongside price increases. They walked away from business when the offer got too low - $26k.
