Sourcing all day, though perspectives somewhat dated. Believe comp is below tier 1 GE analyst roles (GA, Insight) but in line with tier 2 GE analyst gigs
Can confirm it's sourcing all day... very much "eat what you kill, hit your quota" kind of approach. They still do very well, and in fairness some people are energized by that....
