Benchmark International Experience

I've come across what feels like a boiler room M&A brokerage for the lower-middle market called Benchmark International, and I'm curious if anyone has done any work with them in the past and could speak to their experience? https://www.benchmarkcorporate.com/

I received a quarterly opportunity deck from them which has 80 pages with 4-6 businesses on each. If you request info you get a really useless teaser with revenue, EBITDA, and a brief description. I requested more info on a few and received CIMs back that were clearly built off of a stock template, but weren't completely terrible. I've seen worse from the independent sponsor types.

Anyways, when I have spoken with them it feels like they are just dialing for dollars, and my hunch is that for their opportunities, they have 25yr olds blasting out phone calls to local businesses and pitching them that they can sell their business for $X-ridiculous amount. They are marketing firms with profits as low as $5,000 (yes) to $10-15M.

Per my note above, has anyone actually worked with them beyond just the CIM? Any experience at all would be interesting to hear. The only old post I saw was someone asking how it is to work for them, to which no one responded.
