Best Books / Guides on Deal Structuring for Private Placements
Hi all - I am looking to expand my knowledge on legal documentation structuring and would appreciate suggestions on books / guides that get in depth on the different sections / highlight the important points of the the different legal documents for equity (shareholders and subscription agreements, etc), debt (credit agreement, security docs, etc) and mezzanine .. as well as for term sheets.
