Blackstone in Hong Kong/Shanghai

I'm interviewing with Blackstone HK/Shanghai for RE Acquisition/Asset Management soon but don't know much about BX in Asia. Wondering if anyone here has updated information on Blackstone in Hong Kong and/or Shanghai generally — culture, deal flow, how it compares to NY, SA recruiting, size, prestige, exit opps etc. Thanks a lot!
