I recently saw a job posting for "Private Equity/Tactical Opportunities – Portfolio Management Program, Analyst"
Basically it looks like a rotational program for people who have 3-4 years of experience, but they are pretty vague about what experience is necessary. The job description even says "previous valuation experience a plus".

Is it really possible that they are taking candidates from outside IB/PE? Does anyone know anything about this program?
I was looking at this program as well - looks like the start date says spring / fall 2020? Not sure if they are still hiring?

As I understand, the program involves rotations in finance/strategy roles at portfolio companies. It seems like half of the current analysts did the GE FLDP based on LinkedIn. Also looks like they like Big 4 accountants.
