Bloom Equity Partners?

A recruiter reached out about a VP role there. Outside of their website, there's not a ton of info on these guys. Any insights on the team, recent performance and deals, etc, would be greatly appreciated.

Extremely value oriented, software + tech enabled services. 8x EBITDA would be expensive for these guys, so expect a lot of hairy and complex situations. Very deep downside underwiting and value creation focus through efficiency levers and m&a. Last I spoke with the managing partner, they do have a fund but it's not marketed and my sense is they are doing a lot of syndication but I could be completely off base there. Historically they've hired via LinkedIn and I know they had a VP search in Q1 but must have come up short. I'm sure comp is in line with LMM so just round out your expectations there
