Interviewed with them a while back - definitely on the "squishier" side of the VC spectrum. Don't really like the traditional finance / IB types and seem to hire guys/gals with actual startup experience. Appear to have a couple decent exits since then but can't really speak to performance.
Any insight on the interview process?
