They look for investment associate with base 130k-140k? I mean I don’t care how much bonus you provide, folks who join the firm are just desperate.
You look at the Glassdoor, then you will find the most common reason of candidates turning down the offer is the comps.

This sub is hilarious; Blue Owl/Owl Rock was a highly sought after place to work the past 7 years and it was so obvious as an outside party (LP/allocator) that this place was a growth at all costs shop acquiring shitty RE firms and merging with Dyal (GP stakes is a joke).

BBB pays much more than they do on the base to associates. lol keep dreaming and being an imposter, blue owl, folks with real talent will not take this nonsense. There’s plenty of reputable brand name MM PE firms that hire associates with ~$150K base
