They look for investment associate with base 130k-140k? I mean I don’t care how much bonus you provide, folks who join the firm are just desperate.
You look at the Glassdoor, then you will find the most common reason of candidates turning down the offer is the comps.

BBB pays much more than they do on the base to associates. lol keep dreaming and being an imposter, blue owl, folks with real talent will not take this nonsense.
