Brookfield/Apollo Case Studies

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any access to BAM or Apollo case studies, I’m super interested in the very hairy/complex transactions and would like to learn more about. Not referring to the recruiting process case studies, but rather a full blown analysis of a completed deal about authored by someone. I’m also very interested in takeunder transactions and how they are structured, any studies on that would also be much appreciated!

Thank you!

Your best bet is to read an equity research report covering a take-private event. This is probably the closest you'll get to an in-depth level of analysis without having access to private/confidential information. You could also supplement this with some support that is usually covered in investor relation presentations / call transcripts.
