buy and build literature

Hi all,

I am starting a new PE role where I will be in charge of building out a platform via add on acquisitions.

Typical buy and build strategy, buying into new geographic markets as well as co.’s w/ complimentary service offerings.

Does anyone have suggested readings/books on the subject? I know there’s a lot of general PE literature out there but would like something that really focuses on buy/build in a fragmented industry.

Thanks everyone!
