Buyside 2026 Oncycle Recruting
I’m a bit late to recruiting and didn’t have much luck with IB — I got a superday but didn’t land the offer, so I’ve since pivoted toward buyside opportunities. I attend a West Coast target (think USC, UCLA, Cal) and hope to transition to New York post-grad. Looking back, I spent too much time focusing solely on IB connections and wish I had cast a wider net earlier. What’s the best way to prepare now and position myself strongly before PE/HF recruiting ramps up?
