Buyside in London with nice WLB and pay

Hi,

Nearing the end of my A2 year in London and starting to look for exits.

I genuinely like digital infra but I've heard this is a life of pain - is this true? Heard that hours can be worse especially at large cap MFs.

Similarly, I've heard of good WLB places but then assoc 1 pay is like 70-80k base (not bad but significant discount to IB assoc).

So I was wondering - what are some good places with both WLB and pay in London? Any intel is appreciated. By WLB I don't mean 9 to 5, but rather no work on weekends or Friday nights lol
