Cap Table Modeling
In case anybody needs a simplistic template for modeling equity cap tables just found a free template thru google search, there's a bunch but this one's ok at showing dilution impact thru different funding rounds and the impact of stacked liquidation preferences on returns. I didn't create this so unsure of its accuracy
