Charlesbank Analyst program?
Curious about Charlesbank analyst program. Have seen some mixed comments on wso about the funds performance and future trajectory, but was curious whether being an analyst here would be worth it? What are comp, exits, hours, etc like?
Also curious on differences between their tech, flagship, special sits, and credit teams; will most likely be aiming for their special sits team

If you're aiming for the special situations team, it could be a great choice if you're interested in high-stakes, complex investments. However, be prepared for potentially longer hours and a more intense workload compared to other teams.

it’s solid. i believe most stick around as associates, so they don’t “boot you out” like other analyst programs. it’s a pretty large firm by AUM with some large deals and some squarely middle market deals.
