Co-Invest / FoF Model Test

I have an hour modeling test coming up for a firm that does co-investments snd primaries.

I’m very confident in modeling for LBO, DCF, and 3 statement models. I’m wondering if the model test will be any different or any resources / experiences that someone could share to help me prepare.

You can probably expect to run a scenario analysis, they will likely give you a scenario manager sheet which will require some changes to the operating model for the required scenarios to run.

Other than that, don’t expect much other than maybe running a LBO.

I am in the exact same situation for two upcoming coinvest model tests. Do you mind passing along the modeling templates you have?
