Long time lurker here. I've seen some solid advice for cold calling as a fresh grad and did a fair bit in my time which landed me my previous role. I'm looking to lateral after a few years of work - thing is, my work over the past 2 years hasn't led to any interaction with PE firms and I'm considering cold calling again. Does anyone have any experience / advice on cold calling as an experienced hire? Is this frowned upon?
