Senior associate at a LMM fund coming into 3rd year end review. What should I be expecting for bonus and next year's comp? Currently at $120 base.

What is your expected bonus?
I believe it’s less than market that’s why I’m looking at where the market is.
What is the relative fund size, aum, and is it a tier 1,2, or 3 market
$200mm fund, $450mm AUM, Tier 2
What was your base and bonus as a first year associate? I have a close friend who is a first year associate at a LMM fund in a tier 2 city ($475mm fund, $800 AUM) and his base pay is $110
Based on data points i've seen, market comp is about 170-200 for t2 city, senior aso's of that fund size. If you're talking post mba senior aso vs 3rd yr newly promoted senior aso, would expect that number to be materially higher

have they given guidance on target bonus? 170-200 definitely feels light for post mba senior aso, even in that fund size. would expect more towards 200-240 quite honestly.
