Corp Dev Internship at a PE Backed Company

Currently recruiting for summer internships as a junior and was wondering how a corp dev internship at a PE backed company looks like for future prospects. The fund is pretty well known in the MM space, with a good amount of the company's execs being from the fund. The internship itself seems to cover the entire m&a process. Other internship options would be corp dev at an established tech company and IB at a boutique; wondering how this internship stacks up against these and for future FT recruiting.
