Cove Hill has historically been known to be a very tough place to work, hours wise. Looking on LinkedIn, exits seems good and have heard that the comp is above market.

Have heard from friends toxic culture and tough hours with not much upside

Probably the most unprofessional and poorly run interview process I’ve ever been through. If any indication — do not work here.

Would not take offer here. High attrition at junior level, mid-level and senior team also shrinking. Seems like they’ve had serious issues deploying. People leave after several years with no reps. If this is your only offer, the firm has a decent reputation  but otherwise  avoid

WLB is fine, but the culture here is bad, and I mean really bad. The leadership is unkind and completely withdrawn from junior level. The VPs could not care less about you. This place will 9/10 times leave you in a worse position to recruit or go to b school
