CVP of PE World?

What firms in the investing world can come closest to replicating being the 'CVP' of banking? By that, I mean generally good culture from the senior level, similar perks (things like Uber to work / WFH stipends / catered lunch etc) and good pay? Generally a favorable culture on not creating unnecessary work as well.Maybe there isn't an equivalently paying one but even if this was MM or UMM and had slightly worse hours than a CVP reputably has, what would it be?

Are there any similarly structured investing firms that allow for such indulgences, like there is a ‘boutique vs BB’ structural difference? E.g. growth tech or ESG funds have a certain moral standard they are held by the companies they invest in.
