Deal Status on Resume

All,
I'm currently interning at a lower middle-market focused fund. And we have recently secured a deal (the management chose us as the buyer).

On my resume, I titled this deal experience as "Potential $#mm Leveraged Buyout of xxxxx Project". Now, if we have secured the deal, I guess it's not "Potential" anymore.

What would be a proper way of wording it? Would "$#mm Leveraged Buyout of xxxx Project (Live)" work?

Thanks.

Thank you.

Just wanted more clarification: what is the difference among "Pending", "Live", "Closed", "Active"? And if the company is in the current investment portfolio that is visible to the public, should I say "Current Investment" and just put the company name?
