Hi guys: I have been wondering if depression is common in PE, given the exhaustive and stressful nature of the job. For those who have been there (or near the brink), do you have any recommendations? Thank you

Get a therapist until bonus then quit. Work our in free time (for the chemical mood boost). Spend precious free time with friends and family. Stay hydrated. Sleep as much as you can. Eat very healthy.
