www.penews.com or www.pehub.com - generally have MM PE career listings as well as info, but usually won't disclose name of the firm in the listing.
talk to some of your friends who work in P/E coverage groups
Look for firm who do two, three deals a year in the EV segment of EUR 200-500m. You'll find small articles in national coverage newspaper, and once you research on these firms, you'll find others mentioned as bidders who didn't get the deal, and so you'll get from one PE house to the other...
Especially helpful if by region.
