Interviewed with them years ago, seems like a good shop. My impression is that it will be a somewhat unique experience relative to more traditional IB/PE seats but you'll be learning from smart people doing interesting deals. Hopefully others can chime in w/ more info, but it may be hard to get great answers to your q's given that it is a relatively new firm

Don't know any more than google would tell you. I do think a fair amount of the $ they manage is internal capital
Can expect $140k-160k all-in for first year analyst. Haven't heard anything negative things about culture but hours can be long.
Do people stay for the longer term usually? Would be helpful to know about exit opps
I don't know them too well, but they have always seem to do a mish-mash of things across VC/PE/Credit. Like one other said, not your traditional PE firm.
