Energy / Infrastructure / Power Private Equity Recruiting Experience

Hi everybody - I currently work at a middle-market boutique and am looking to go into either energy or infrastructure private equity. I have spoken with some firms and am wondering about how the actual recruiting process works. Does anybody have experience recruiting with some of the larger named energy / infrastructure firms and what sort of questions / modeling they ask for?

Any experience with the process in general or specific companies would be very appreciated. As well, if anybody has any materials for practice they would be willing to share, that would be incredible.
