Energy Transition / Infrastructure Headhunter Recommendation?

Hello,

Im finally committing to pursuing the PE path post IB and want to start talking to headhunters.

However, coming from an energy transition banking background, I’m only interested in ET / infrastructure funds or groups for PE (Blackstone ET partners, TPG Rise Climate, Greenbelt, AmSec, EQT, etc.)

Anyone know good headhunters to move forward with if I’m targeting this space (have been contacted by a lot but don’t know who’s worth engaging with)? Additionally, If you work at one of these niche firms / groups what headhunters do y’all use to find associates?

Would be helpful if anyone could also share tips on how to navigate PE recruiting when you’re targeting a very specific group.

Thank you in advance
