EQT Interview Process - London
Monkeys,
Have anyone went through EQT Core Fund Interviews (Round 1)?
I understand there will be mini case studies and paper LBOs
Appreciate insights on the process and anything on types of questions I should prepare for
Hi sher_anne, any of these discussions helpful:

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...
I would recommend preparing for mini case studies (consulting style) and paper LBOs. P.s. the paper LBOs are not as simple as they get.
Could you give an example? Most paper LBOs I have come across we’re pretty straight forward so was wondering how different his would be
Probably weird growth rates, a few tranches of debt with different rates/sweeps, maybe asking you to back out an exit multiple rather given MOIC, maybe a more involved calculation for revenue, etc. I would imagine OP was just talking about them making the paper LBO harder than usual.
Does EQT do proper LBO case studies in subsequent rounds (i.e. multi hour case on excel with memo write up) or the case studies stay at this level, i.e. paper LBO and consulting style case studies?
