EQT Interview Process - London

Monkeys,

Have anyone went through EQT Core Fund Interviews (Round 1)?

I understand there will be mini case studies and paper LBOs

Appreciate insights on the process and anything on types of questions I should prepare for

Could you give an example? Most paper LBOs I have come across we’re pretty straight forward so was wondering how different his would be

Probably weird growth rates, a few tranches of debt with different rates/sweeps, maybe asking you to back out an exit multiple rather given MOIC, maybe a more involved calculation for revenue, etc. I would imagine OP was just talking about them making the paper LBO harder than usual.

Hi, Can you elaborate on the mini LBOs and the consulting style case studies? What should I prepare in order to crack them?
