Experience with KKR Capstone?

Seems like they only hire ex-MBB out of top MBA programs (mostly Harvard and Stanford). Anyone know what the WLB (hours, travel, culture, etc.) and comp looks like in these roles? 

Since it's primarily post-MBA, what does an "exit" look like from PE ops if you decide to leave?
