Family Office Private Equity Pay?

Hey all, just accepted a role right out of undergrad at a Multi-Family Office.

That being said, 80% of their funds go to PE. So, per their words, I'm effectively "an inexperience PE analyst".I was wondering what comp is at these "PE Style Family Offices" as they have been on the rise lately in the news. I've heard that carry and co-invest are given younger but you take a haircut on bonus.

My starting comp (in a low COL city): Salary: 70-75k Bonus: 10-40k (Highly dependent on the fund and personal performance) Full Benefits Carry (IDK how much) and Co-Invest available in 2 years, when salary and bonuses are presumably up 10-20% each.
