Friends -- I am working on a minority growth equity raise where there is a lead investor and a couple follow-on investors. As dumb as this may sound, are the follow-on investor(s) required to sign a formal term sheet as well? Or can there simply be an amendment to the lead term sheet to include the follow on investors? Any insight is much appreciated.
