For All You Prestige Whores

TPG is now recruiting undergrads for analyst positions in their PE arm. I don't know how many schools they are reaching out to, but they are recruiting at my non-Harvard/Wharton target.

Yes, because people on these forums care about this stuff, and to my knowledge, TPG didn't recruit undergrads until this year. I included the "non-Harvard/Wharton" comment to say that TPG is likely recruiting at 3 or more schools, including mine.

You guys may not care about this information, but there are plenty of people who did internships at top banking groups who I am confident will care a lot about this information.

Everything inbred is very prestigious.

I am almost 99.9% positive than pugs are more prestigious:

To show Corgis are more prestigious I counter with this:

I see your very prestigious corgi puppy run and raise you a pug pushing stroller:

You would be suprised where some of the best funds recruit their out of undergrad analysts. Ex: CCMP (JP Morgan's 2006 PE spin off) recruited outta undergrad at SUNY Binghamton for some reason.

Good to know TPG is taking undergrads. Thanks for the info. That has some implications for their associate positions, which I am interested in.
