Full Time PE Internship During School?

I've recently received an offer for a full time (40 hour per week) internship, however I must start immediately. The internship is 9-5 for 3 months and obviously conflicts with my school schedule. After the internship is over a full time paid offer will be made if my work quality qualifies.

Has anyone seen this sort of thing?

Would it be acceptable to take off a semester from school or should I just not do this?

I have no other internships on my resume and coming from a highly non-target college my chances of a BB Bank internship are slim.

How would you all approach this situation? By the way, this is also an unpaid internship.

I have about a year to a year and 1/2 left of school. I have already accepted the internship but I'm not sure whether to attempt taking night classes 6-9. If I were to do both I would probably get 3-4 hours of sleep per night for the entire semester. It's a huge risk however I have no other prospects.
