Fund Memorandum for an interview case study?

Hey guys,

I have an interview with a large FoF player that does primaries, secondaries and co-investments.

Part of the interview process is a Fund Memorandum case study.

Does anyone have any insight into what this is? I havent come across this before.

If someone could let me know what contents are important in a Fund Memorandum or have an example Fund Memorandum that would be absolutely helpful!

Thanks guys have a nice weekend!

I am new on here and unfortunately reached my daily allowance to send messages. Are you able to send these to me on my email? Or if you could DM me your email i can email you back so you could send examples over? Thank you my friend!
