Girls Who Invest vs. Advent

For context, the girls at school I know who did GWI were placed at Oaktree, Partners, Warburg Pincus, Wasatch - so a relative mix in terms of brand name.
This is for sophomore summer, so I'm less interested in a return offer and more so how my sophomore offer might be helpful for junior recruiting.
I don't have enough industry experience to have a clear idea of how the risk/benefits break down (guaranteed Advent vs. a mix of names for GWI), and would appreciate thoughts!

Take an advent offer. Bird in the hand. Also fantastic fund and brand. At a similar fund and someone who did an undergrad internship > 2 years of banking ended up getting an offer to come back with fewer obstacles than other candidates

Yeah absolutely agree here GWI could place u in so many places that’s much less brand name and experience wise than Advent
