golden gate capital

Anyone have any insight into these guys?

I know one of the few firms recruiting this year - so far I've got they are value players, go into messy and distressed situations so better suited for this economy, and have gotten somewhat lucky in that their last fund isn't tied up in bad / over-leveraged investments and they've got a new $5.5B evergreen fund. Also the investment professionals are only guys and the secretaries are hot as hell chicks.

Anyone know anything about culture, work hours, exit opps, etc?

Thanks in advance.
