Please can someone explain the comp structure for an Analyst in Growth Equity/PE at a small lower mid market/middle market PE/a growth equity hybrid shop in london? How much salary should he ask for in GBP and what bonus should he expect to get, ballpark figures?
Then also? Should he negotiate carry in this analyst interview or wait till associate to ask?

Same base here. Bonus being lower this year due to portco performance and deal flow being weak. (Think 70/80%). Otherwise got told that bonus is also around 100%.

Growth. Don't know first hand but as this year bonus was 70% for me asso1 and got told being low for the above reasons i would expect in a normal year it would be 85% minimum so yeah close to 200k all in cash
