Had a superday with a PE team at GS on Friday (summer internship). Recruiter sent out an email right after it ended, saying an update would be given within 1-2 weeks. From reading other responses on WSO, seems like offers to top candidates are either made day of or day after. Since it was a Friday, does anyone know if GS PE teams make offers over the weekend?

Had GS superday and was told I would hear back within 10 working days. The kid from my superday who got the offer found out 5 minutes before me on the 10th day and I got rejection straight after them. Think it depends how busy HR are and if they have contract/details ready for you.
Damn, hope things ultimately worked out for you with other offers. I know there's really nothing I can do now, but the wait is definitely stressful
