Having a tough time at work

Hey guys:

sorry to create a venting/negative thread (throwaway account with fake job title).  I've been having a tough time at work since I joined my current fund a while ago. On my immediate team, no matter what I do, I don't "fit in" - the team is more preppy/polished than I am, and the reaction to me ranges from irksome (on the smallest mistakes) to indifferent (if everything is perfect).

I want to be positive and not let it get to me - what are some ways I can do that and stay positive?

Thank you for all your tips!
