omarcollin, bummer your thread hasn't had a response yet. Maybe one of these threads could point you in the right direction:

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
Not much to say that hasn't been said on here, but they're a well-respected firm and have a good promote-from-within culture. Anecdotally seem to be having a little more churn than usual as it's (supposedly) gotten a little rougher from a WLB perspective, but I imagine the seniors will notice that and adapt. Philly is fun when you're young and making decent money (live in the northwestern part of Rittenhouse and you can walk to their office), and the suburbs are excellent for starting/raising a family.
Sb'ed, all correct.

They are one of, if not the top, when it comes to LMM tech deals, but it’s still LMM PE.
If you know this is what you want, I think it’s an awesome place to be - they promote internally, returns are good, etc.
That said, I know some undergrads who do things like choose somewhere like LLR over brand name IB just to “go direct to the buyside”, which I think isn’t always the best choice. The fact of the matter is that moving upmarket to a UMM/MF will be far tougher from somewhere like LLR vs a BB/EB. If you want to join a MM fund doing the same thing as LLR lateraling is going to be doable, but you probably aren’t going to have a shot at Blackstone from the LLR analyst program. Just make sure you are good with that choice, especially if choosing LLR over IB
