HIG Final Round
Anyone know what the final round for HIG buyout is like? It's the middle of their three PE funds (size-wise). I've already done a modeling test and it's a "full day" thing for what that's worth.

My experience was you meet three people in the morning for half an hour to an hour, with some technicals and fit thrown in. If they like you, they'll take you to an afternoon session and have you meet a few more people.

At this point, mostly about fit. Talked to the guys in FL mostly on the bayside fund. Smart guys but def sharp elbows. Hear the SF guys are very chill.
