Hi, does anyone know if this is a decent group to lateral to for AN2? Quality of deals, leadership, pay etc.

depends what you're looking for. this would be private equity secondaries. they aren't exactly a top group (by market share / txn size) but HL has a very well built out practice around GP solutions (i.e. GP stakes, fund-level pref, etc.)
Thx. I'm currently at a group that does around 5-6 deals per year, all GP-led, so really low volume. Just wondering if I'll get more deal exposure and higher quality deals.

As a secondary buyer, I dont think we see more than 5-6 GP-led deals / year from HL. As someone mentioned, not much volume.
