Google search should be easy to find them. They are small so most will not use recruiters. Your best bet is to connect with someone at the mid-level management, probably the VP level. These firms are small, so they don't participate in any organized recruiting cycle - it is all on an as-needed basis. Build the relationship and wait for them to need another hire.

Why would you want to be part of a fund that invests in bullshit companies....

You do realize that financial strategies exist across firm sizes right? Multiple arbitrage and inflation, roll-up strategies, growth plans--it's much easier to double the EBITDA of a regional concrete service company than it would be for something like Harley Davidson.

If you think assets are unattractive simply because they're worth less per dollar, then perhaps you should go study up on the financial returns of those who kickstarted the junk bond market, and the amount of money they made. smh
