How to follow up after a successful cold call in which an MD says forward resume and he'll get you involved in recruiting?
So, a couple of times after cold calls I've had an MD say "I'll forward your resume to get you involved in recruiting," and then a day later HR reaches out to me.
Sometimes, however, they say that and nothing happens. What then? Do I just follow up on that like I would an ordinary cold email?
