Sorry this is off-topic, but would you mind sharing a bit about your recruiting process for both of the positions you got? Thanks!

 

Ya don't wanna make this thread ab it but some background - semi target, non diversity:

SA 2023 - applied to a broad range of PE's mostly in my city starting in October, wrapped up in February. Mainly boutiques - impossible to land big name bank/PE soph summer unless you're diversity/or target honestly. I didn't network at all though and got some interviews and worked from there

SA 2024 - applied to basically every IB and networked at all that would give me a response. Applied as applications opened, I just kept checking each place honestly. Started in January wrapped up in late March.
