how to talk about consulting experience in PE interviews

consultant looking to transition into PE and seeking advice on how to prepare for detailed questions on work experience. There are many resources about how to prepare for deal experience-related questions for bankers (i.e. what aspects of a deal to memorize, what questions are typically asked), but that's not the case for consultants.

Current PE folks (especially if you also did consulting), what questions would you ask a candidate from a consulting background about their commercial due diligence projects? Could someone give me a framework similar to "these are the aspects of a banking deal that you should remember/be able to talk about in your PE interview"?

Related questions: for other projects (operational improvement, growth strategy, etc.), are there specific things/angles I should emphasize so my work experiences sound more relevant to PE?

Thanks!
