IFC Analyst (Europe), Financial Assessment Test: what to expect?

Hey everyone,

I am currently in the process for an Analyst position at IFC for one of their European Offices and got invited to complete the Financial Assessment as a next step in the selection process. Has anyone here gone through this recently?

I would really appreciate some insights on:
• What kind of questions or case studies are included?
• Is it more accounting/finance theory or Excel-based modeling?
• Any specific focus on valuation, DCFs, IRRs, etc.?
• Time pressure / difficulty level?

Any tips on how to prep efficiently would be super helpful, too!

I am quite familiar with project finance/infra models, but want to make sure I am aligned with what IFC looks for.

Thank you everyone, and happy to DM as well.
