Impact Investment Fund Structure

Hey WSO,

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience structuring and executing an impact investment fund or something similar perhaps in the PAFs/family office space?

Currently working on a project where we are trying to establish an impact investment fund in an impact investing emerging market. Several challenges have arisen - including how to structure the fund using a blended capital/blind pool approach, how to target/market to investors, which investors to partner with etc. Given it is an emerging market it is difficult to apply general structuring principles so wanted to see if there were any thoughts from more established impact investment markets such as Europe/US/Asia. Even textbooks/website suggestions would be highly appreciated!
