Improving Technical Expertise (Quantitatively/Corp Fin)

Hi, All -

I am posting with the goal of developing expertise in quantitative underwriting and strengthening an existing knowledge base of the concepts behind corporate private equity deal execution. For context, I currently work in RE PE and thus am intimately familiar with the capital structure element of deals, but the underwriting that goes into corporate investing has it'd own nuances relative to the underwriting that drives real estate acquisitions.

To that end, are there any youtube series/video or books the community could please recommend? Looking for quality material that I can put the hours in to understand, and be able to come out with a clear understanding on how to run the numbers on a corporate deal (be it LBO, Management Buyout, really any acquisition).

Thanks!
